NxtQuantum Shift Technologies, the new venture founded by Madhav Sheth, has officially revealed the design of its upcoming Ai+ Smartphones on Flipkart. The brand’s new lineup will debut under the “Ai+ Smartphone” label and will be manufactured in India, with a strong focus on artificial intelligence, user data protection, and privacy.
Even before today’s announcement, the design of the AI+ Nova 2 5G had surfaced online, offering an early glimpse at what to expect.
First Look at NxtQuantum’s Ai+ Smartphone
The Ai+ Smartphones have now been showcased on Flipkart with the brand’s tagline: “Designed in India. Built in India. Ready for the World.” This affirms NxtQuantum’s commitment to local innovation and manufacturing.
The microsite features one model in five color options: purple, peach, blue, green, and black. Each version includes three distinctive diagonal lines on the rear panel and a power button in a contrasting shade for added visual flair.
The camera module is square-shaped, featuring dual lenses, an LED flash, and the label “50MP AI MATRIX CAMERA,” confirming a 50MP rear sensor. The design of the camera island bears a resemblance to that of the ASUS ROG Phone 9 series.
A second device, likely the AI+ Nova 2 5G, is also shown in purple with a glossy finish and a contrasting strip across the camera module. The front design includes a U-shaped notch, and the phone is expected to be available in multiple colors.
Software and Security: India-First Focus
According to the Flipkart listing, all user data will remain in India and be processed through MEITY-approved servers—reaffirming the brand’s strong commitment to data privacy.
The smartphones will run on NxtQuantum OS, a custom Android-based operating system developed by Indian engineers. The software is described as intuitive, user-friendly, and tailored for Indian consumers.
According to GSMArena, the AI+ Nova 2 5G will come with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, with potential for additional storage variants.
Price and Availability
NxtQuantum previously announced plans to launch three AI-powered 5G smartphones, priced between ₹5,000 and ₹8,000, making them highly accessible for budget-conscious consumers.
Although the company had originally targeted a June 2025 launch, the updated timeline now confirms that the Ai+ Smartphones will officially launch in July 2025. Availability has been confirmed on Flipkart, Flipkart Minutes, and Shopsy.
