iQOO has expanded its Z10 series in India with the launch of the iQOO Z10R, targeting the competitive ₹15,000–₹20,000 segment. This addition follows earlier releases in the same lineup—the Z10 Lite, Z10x, and Z10—and completes the brand’s budget-to-midrange coverage. For higher-end models, the iQOO Neo 10 series and flagship iQOO 13 are available.
The iQOO Z10R is priced as follows:
-
₹19,499 for 8GB RAM + 128GB storage
-
₹21,499 for 8GB RAM + 256GB storage
-
₹23,499 for 12GB RAM + 256GB storage
It will be available for purchase starting July 29th at 12 PM via Amazon.

Design & Durability
Despite featuring a plastic body—a common compromise at this price—the Z10R stands out with an IP68/69 rating, offering top-tier protection against dust and water. The design includes a compact circular camera module and an Aura Light ring for improved low-light photography.
Display
The Z10R boasts a 6.77-inch FHD+ quad-curved AMOLED display with:
-
120Hz refresh rate
-
300Hz touch sampling rate
-
HDR10+ and Netflix HDR certification
-
Peak brightness of 1,800 nits
While its brightness is respectable, it’s still below competitors like the CMF Phone 2 Pro and Realme Narzo 80 Pro, which reach up to 4,500 nits.
Performance
Powering the phone is the MediaTek Dimensity 7400, a 6nm chipset offering:
-
10% performance boost
-
25% better power efficiency than its predecessor
You also get LPDDR4X RAM with up to 12GB virtual expansion and UFS 2.2 storage, ensuring smooth multitasking and gaming. This is the same chip used in the Narzo 80 Pro, known for its solid gaming performance.
Camera
The Z10R features a 50MP main camera with OIS and 10x digital zoom, alongside a 2MP depth sensor. Up front, it houses a 32MP selfie camera. Both cameras support 4K video (capped at 1080p output).
While the camera delivers good quality, it lacks an ultra-wide lens, which is present in competing models like the Redmi Note 14 and CMF Phone 2 Pro.
The camera app includes a variety of modes:
-
Night Mode
-
Portrait
-
Supermoon
-
Underwater
-
Dual View
-
Micro Movie
…and more.
Battery & Software
The Z10R packs a 5,700mAh battery with 44W fast charging, easily lasting a full day for most users. It trails slightly behind some rivals, like the OPPO K13 (7,000mAh) and Narzo 80 Pro (6,000mAh).
On the software side, it runs Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15, with iQOO promising:
-
2 years of Android updates
-
3 years of security patches
This is average for the segment, though not as generous as CMF Phone 2 Pro (3+6 years) or Samsung Galaxy M36 (6+6 years).
Final Thoughts
The iQOO Z10R is a compelling option for users seeking a sub-₹20,000 smartphone with a great AMOLED display, reliable performance, and a long-lasting battery. It’s particularly appealing for media consumption and light gaming.
However, if you value camera versatility or extended software support, you may want to consider alternatives like the CMF Phone 2 Pro or Galaxy M36.
