Key Highlights:

  • Could be powered by either MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ or Dimensity 6300 SoC

  • Shares the same model number (V2446) as the Vivo Y29s, hinting at a possible rebrand

  • Expected to be Vivo’s most affordable 5G smartphone with a massive 6,000mAh battery

Vivo T4 Lite 5G: Overview

Vivo is gearing up to launch the T4 Lite 5G, the latest addition to its T4 series and the successor to the Vivo T3 Lite. According to a recent report from XpertPick, the device is expected to debut by the end of June. Ahead of its launch, 91mobiles has spotted the Vivo T4 Lite on the Google Play Console, revealing key specifications for this budget-friendly 5G smartphone.

If you’re in the market for an affordable 5G phone, here’s what we’ve learned so far:

Vivo T4 Lite 5G Appears on Google Play Console

The Vivo T4 Lite 5G, listed under the model number V2446, recently appeared on Google Play Console. Interestingly, this same model number has previously been linked with other Vivo devices like the Y19sGT 5G and Y29t 5G. It also matches the model number of the Vivo Y29s, suggesting a potential rebranding strategy.

The image accompanying the listing resembles the Vivo Y29s, showcasing a golden color option and a vertically aligned dual-camera setup.

In terms of performance, the Google Play Console lists the device with the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset, featuring:

  • 2x ARM Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.2GHz

  • 6x ARM Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0GHz

  • Mali-G57 MC2 GPU at 0.96GHz

However, XpertPick reports that the T4 Lite may actually ship with the Dimensity 6300 SoC — the same chip found in the Vivo Y29s. Both processors share the MT6835 model number, but the Dimensity 6300 offers enhanced performance with:

  • A 2.4GHz CPU clock speed

  • A faster 1.07GHz GPU

  • Bluetooth 5.4 support (compared to 5.2 on the Dimensity 6100+)

The device is expected to run Android 15, likely with Vivo’s FunTouch OS 15 layered on top. The display will reportedly offer HD+ resolution with a pixel density of 300 PPI.

Additional Details: Battery, Design & Price

According to XpertPick, the Vivo T4 Lite 5G will pack a 6,000mAh battery, making it the most affordable Vivo 5G phone with such a large battery. For context, the global version of the Vivo Y29s houses a smaller 5,500mAh battery with 15W charging support.

Despite the large battery, the T4 Lite is rumored to feature an ultra-slim design, catering to users who prefer lightweight, sleek smartphones.

Pricing is expected to be highly competitive, with the phone likely launching around ₹10,000. Vivo is also reportedly working on a Vivo T4 Pro variant, which could be unveiled soon.

As always, these details should be taken with caution until Vivo makes an official announcement. We’ll continue to update you as more information about the Vivo T4 Lite 5G and T4 Pro emerges.

Stay tuned!
